About

Shuli Goodman is the founder of Stakeholder Strategy. She provides strategic advisory services and program management at the intersection of business, sustainability and civil society. As a management consultant she has worked across most sectors and industries Shuli_0508.jpgand has offered guidance or delivered on enterprise initiatives spanning continents, regions, departments and operating units.  


Ms Goodman's wealth of experience in IT, enterprise information management, marketing, communication, brand management and organizational transformation supports her ability to hold the big picture, yet not lose track of tactical operational realities. She has a practical and common sense approach to solving complex problems having delivered projects from discovery through implementation; she knows that understanding outcomes profoundly influences how consultants approach strategy. Some of her past clients include ABN AMRO, Sandia National Laboratories, Sherwin Williams, Alticor, Chrysler, Nissan, HP, Adobe, Nokia, Lucent, the State of Ohio and Capital One.

 

Grounded in interview, research and survey methodologies, Ms Goodman helps stakeholders to collaboratively identify, design and own their intended outcomes. Increased communication and feedback allows companies to perceive opportunity while balancing risk with innovation and high-performance growth. Ms. Goodman delivers compelling, visual and written documentation as a means to enable non-technical stakeholders to participate in decision making.

 

Previously, Ms Goodman was a leader in Deloitte Consulting's Technology Integration practice and headed Deloitte's Enterprise Information Management offering with over 200 consultants worldwide and $32 million in revenue. In the late 1990s, she joined Sapient as a Director of Information Architecture.  Energized by working in and managing multi-disciplinary teams, she has worked all over the world.


Ms. Goodman has a BA from Hampshire College, an MA in Applied Psychology from Antioch University and is currently a PhD student in Organizational Systems at Saybrook Graduate Institute. Her area of study and expertise is stakeholder strategy, governance and decision making. She lives in the Bay Area.
